Lenco Australia has released three new portable CD players in 2026: the Lenco Discman with Bluetooth and built-in speakers (CD-340BK, $149), the Lenco Discman Portable CD Player with DAB+ FM radio (CD-400, $169) and the Lenco Portable CD MP3 Player with anti-shock (CD-200, $99). All three play CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 discs and include anti-shock protection, with the CD-340BK adding two-way Bluetooth streaming and built-in speakers, the CD-400 adding DAB+ and FM radio with 30 presets each and the CD-200 offering a simple, battery- or AC-powered design for everyday portability.
CDs never really left - and Lenco's newest lineup proves it.
Three fresh portable CD players have just landed at Lenco Australia. Each is built for a different kind of listener, from Bluetooth streamers to radio lovers to no-fuss travellers. Whether you’re rediscovering an old CD collection or simply want a screen-free way to listen to music, this new range brings the format firmly into 2026.
Here's a look at what's new.
The CD-340BK is the most connected Discman in the new range. Built for people who want their CD collection to work alongside modern wireless gear.
It plays CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 discs and its Bluetooth® function works both ways. Use it as a transmitter to send audio to wireless headphones, or as a receiver so you can stream music straight from a smartphone through its built-in stereo speakers. That flexibility makes it equally suited to personal listening on the move or filling a room with sound at home. Including for kids listening to audiobooks, thanks to a memory function that resumes the last track played.
Key features:
- CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 playback
- Built-in dual stereo speakers
- Two-way Bluetooth (transmit and receive)
- Rechargeable 1500mAh battery – up to 5 hours of MP3 CD playback
- Anti-shock protection (40 seconds CD / 90 seconds MP3)
- Memory, repeat, random and program functions
- USB playback and USB-C charging
- Includes USB-C cable, earphones, carry strap and case
Sitting at the top of the new range, the CD-400 adds digital and FM radio into the mix. This makes it the pick for anyone who wants one device for CDs, MP3s and live radio.
It stores up to 30 DAB+ presets and 30 FM presets, so favourite stations are always a button press away. A dynamic Bass Boost function rounds out the sound for a warmer listening experience. A rubberised, shock-protected housing and a low-power dot matrix screen help it hold up to daily travel. While the battery delivers up to 8 hours of CD/MP3 playback or 12 hours of radio listening on a single charge.

- CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 playback
- Built-in DAB+ and FM radio with 30 presets each

For listeners who just want a straightforward, reliable CD player, the CD-200 keeps things simple. It plays CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 discs through a clear LCD display and easy-to-use controls. It also gives full control over playback order via repeat, random and program functions.
Rather than a built-in rechargeable battery, the CD-200 runs on 2 x AA batteries (not included) or AC power via the included DC-to-USB cable. With a rechargeable battery circuit for those who prefer to use rechargeables. An automatic power-off after 30 seconds of inactivity helps preserve battery life between listening sessions, making it a dependable, budget-friendly companion for travel or everyday use.
