We provide a 12-month warranty on all Lenco products sold in Australia.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that existed in the product prior to purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water exposure, cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dents or scratches), or any issues arising from handling or circumstances outside the manufacturing process.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser in the country where the product was first bought.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Approved claims are fulfilled with a like-for-like replacement from our store.

All products remain subject to applicable local warranty laws, in addition to the above conditions.
