Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Victorian warehouse.
Please note that all credit-card transactions undergo routine security checks, which may occasionally add a short delay.

Delivery Services & Costs
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Free
All orders are sent via Australia Post Regular Parcel and include full tracking.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to begin updating.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please accept the delivery with a note of reservation (for example, write “DAMAGED” on the courier slip).
Email your order number and clear photos to info@lenco.au
within 5 business days, and our team will promptly arrange a replacement or next steps.
